2Students who have completed the University of Malaya Undergraduate Foundation programme and have met all the requirements on the conditional offer letter may replace the unconditional undergraduate offer letter without IELTS scores;

3After obtaining the unconditional undergraduate admission notice, the student shall submit the visa materials and start the visa procedures;
